This is our lovely new bookcase/storage which simon built (with some help from his father). it is great and makes the room look so much nicer!
This is from Sunday 26th of September (my birthday) with my girlfriend Katie. We went with Maura to a little place called Morpeth where we shopped and ate our way through the day!

Hello all. This is the skin of a Red-Bellied Black Snake, a little over 1 metre long. It was found in our vegie garden. On the plus side, we don't have any mice. On the negative side, we have a huge bloody snake in the garden. Katy is not pleased.

By the way, we have one room available for anyone wanting to stay for the wedding. Ha.

Also pictured is some of the delicious and colourful vegies from the very same garden.

After a warm spring afternoon, we had a thunderstorm roll in and the scare Kitty quite a bit... But these photos were taken just on Sunset after the storm then the following morning when a thick fog stayed round most of the morning. However once the fog lifted it turned into a lovely spring day.

In the last 12 months our garden has come on quite a bit... thanks to the garden lover who spends every spare minute out in the garden. But the vegetable garden is coming along wonderfully, we soon will be eating most of our vegies from the garden. we have peas, potatoes (5 different kinds), tomatoes, spinach (english and baby), garlic, ginger, rosemary, kohl rabbi, cabbages, leek, rhubarb and herbs...
